At Barrafina, our menus follow the seasons, celebrating exceptional ingredients at their very best. As summer arrives, one of our most anticipated dishes makes its return: the Courgette Flower.

A long-standing favourite on our menu, each courgette is carefully selected at the height of its season, when its delicate texture and subtle flavour are at their finest. We stuff it with Spanish goat’s cheese, chosen for its fresh, tangy character, before coating it in a light batter and frying it until crisp and golden.

The dish is finished simply with orange blossom honey and a sprinkle of sea salt – a combination that balances sweet, savoury and floral notes while allowing the quality of the ingredients to shine through.
