For larger groups and more private gatherings, our dining rooms offer a dedicated space for lunch or dinner. Our festive menu takes a more indulgent approach to Barrafina’s Spanish cooking, with exceptional produce, generous dishes made for sharing and a few special touches for the occasion.

Our London locations each have their own setting for group dining and private hire, from open kitchens and private dining rooms to more intimate spaces. Groups of 8 to 14 can book at any of our locations, with a set menu served for the table.
Please note that a minimum spend applies to private hire bookings and group dining for parties of more than 14 guests.

Christmas party FAQs
Do you charge room hire for Christmas parties?
For groups of 8–14 guests, there is no room hire or minimum spend. You’ll be seated in our shared dining room and simply be required to dine from one of our set sharing menus.
For private dining bookings, we don’t charge a separate room hire fee. Instead, a minimum spend applies depending on the restaurant of your booking. The minimum spend can be used towards food and drinks, with any shortfall charged as room hire.
Is there a minimum spend for group dining?
For group dining bookings of 8–14 guests in our shared dining rooms, there is no minimum spend; guests will simply be required to dine from one of our set sharing menus. Minimum spends apply to the exclusive hire of our private dining rooms and vary depending on the restaurant.
How much does a Christmas set menu cost?
For groups of 8 or more, we offer sharing set menus designed for the whole table to enjoy together. Our current group menus start from £60 per person, with different menu options available. Drinks and service charge are additional.
Can I book for 8–14 guests?
Yes, we welcome Christmas group bookings for 8–14 guests across our restaurants, subject to availability. Groups of 8 or more dine from one of our sharing set menus, with the whole table choosing the same menu.
Do you offer private dining rooms?
Yes, we have private dining options at selected Barrafina restaurants, including Adelaide Street, Drury Lane and Coal Drops Yard. Capacities vary by location, and our team can recommend the most suitable space depending on your group size and plans.
What’s the difference between private hire and group dining?
Group dining means your party will be seated together while sharing the restaurant with other guests. Private hire gives your group exclusive use of a dedicated space and is subject to a minimum spend requirement. The best option will depend on your group size, preferred restaurant and the type of Christmas celebration you’re planning.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary requirements with advance notice, including vegetarian and vegan guests. Please share all dietary requirements and allergies with our team ahead of your booking so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
Can we add arrival drinks or pintxos?
Yes, arrival drinks and pintxos can be added to any group or private booking. Speak to our events team when making your enquiry and we can help plan the best format for your party.
How far in advance should I book for the festive season?
We recommend booking your Christmas party as early as possible, especially for larger groups, private dining, weekends, and popular Thursday and Friday dates in November and December. Availability becomes more limited as we get closer to the festive season.
What are your Festive opening hours?
Close: 24, 25 & 26 December and 1 January
